    I hooked up last night, so far the call quality is as good as any land line I've ever used. No delay, no echo, and no static. It will be interesting to see if the quality stays as good during peak weekend hours. If so, Verizon is about to lose a customer, and I save a minimum of $25 a month.

I would get one rep to approve it, then a couple of hours later I would get an email saying "sorry the misunderstanding but..............." Right now I'm fighting with them about what they say is the wrong UPC...
