    I'm using the standard VGA cable that I used with the last computer(which was able to get 1920x1080). It is connected to the TVs PC input and the computer's video card(with adapter since it's only DVI)

    Yeah it's a Samsung TV...I tried looking for a driver, but none is available...so it just shows the generic PnP driver in Windows. I found a thread somewhere about adding custom resolutions to the nvidia .inf file. I added the 1920x1080 but it will still not accept.

    Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade the CPU in a laptop? I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 with the Intel T5200. I'd like to upgrade to the T7400. The sockets are the same, but I am not sure if the BIOS will recognize the faster chip. Thanks!

    fan blowing direction

    Thanks for the hijack....j/k I have the same CPU cooler. Mine is facing the front of my case, sucking the air in towards the HS because I have a 120mm exhaust fan right behind it. So it sucks in the air, through the HS, and then is blown right out the back of the case.

    I already have a western digital 250gb SATA drive for my OS. I was hoping to get another SATA drive specifically to install on my games on. Is this a good idea? Will it improve game performance even if just slightly? I was thinking of a new 320gb Seagate or a Samsung. Thanks!

    The PSU is too wide for the case. I'd have to drill new holes for the mounts and do some other mods. I'd prefer to just buy a case off newegg or someplace that fits it perfectly. I don't know what specs to look at to make sure it fits. Thanks

    Well I tried another spare drive that I didn't run KillDisk on and it worked fine. So now I am just using these two "KillDisked" drives as secondary drives. I am still not sure why or how KillDisk did this.
