Is it wrong to love Microsoft?

If I saw this 2 weeks ago I will call it BS. But after spending 2 weeks trying to install Linux into my system i can't agree more. I am a linux newbie but it should be that hard, I still can't figure out how to install a Lan driver to make it work...

Best way to get rid of a cat?

DON'T put it on leash outside, she will been eaten. If your cat is yelling at night, there is 4 reason I can think of. 1) she is deaf 2) she is siamese(sp?) or related. siamese is very annoying breed. 3) she is loney 4) she is not fix solution 1) everytime she yell, point finger at her...

Yes it is Marvell chipset and I am piss. RH is fedora core 3(slow as hell because it keep trying to talk to the lan) Mandrake is 2005 LE(would install because it can find the CD rom during installation)

Newbie Linux help

Have been trying to install linux in my P4 3.6ghz, Asus P5GD2 system the last 8days. I have try red hat and mandrake, no luck. Finally get ubuntu to work but it don't recognize the gig lan so I put the asus drive disk in because it have Linux drive in it. But after 24hrs I still havn't figure...
