I placed my order on Sunday and it was OPN with scheduled deliver of 3/11 up until this morning. Now it's PIP (being processed from distribution center) and now I have now idea when to expect it. The anticipation is killing me!
Is it a problem that the DVD-R/RW and the CD-RW use the same rebate form and the rebate form expressly says "Limite ONE rebate per person, household, family or address." How can you use it for both drives?
I just mailed off my BB MIR after getting back from the store tonight. The rebate prints at the register. Then walk over with a printout of the Staples price and get them to PM. I forgot to buy from BB online and ended up paying ~$2 in taxes. But that's okay.
After researching, I went with the AMEX Gold Rewards card for the BVG and miles. But I'm pretty sure from my research that practically ALL cash back rebate cards have thresholds you must surprass to reach certain % backs. For example, you need to pass $2000 to get back .25%, or $1000 to get 1%...
I plan on pricematching Best Buy with my AMEX card to a price of $192. This should bring the total down to $34.50 after coupon, rebates, and BVG + tax. Any better deals?
