Not if you have a FL close by - you can go to the local store and make your order there. That way, shipping is free, but you still have to pay tax. Your stuff is delivered to your address, not the store, so there isn't any pick-up hassle either.
I booted up my computer, got the Automatic Update icon saying I have SP2 to download. I click it to download, the icon goes away and never comes back.
These are the last few entries on my work Win XP Home laptop:
WU client calls back to download call {F9CD5BBE-7B3F-4515-9660-2FC0627FA766} with...
Note that the extra 10% for 3+ pairs of shoes is B&M only. Since that says it isn't good for catalog purchases, I don't think it'll be good for ordering something in store - meaning the 3+ pairs of shoes must be in stock B&M.
As far as running/track and field stuff goes, Eastbay has way more than Foot Locker (despite sharing the same warehouse...), so I guess it depends on what you're looking for.
FL does charge tax, but you can order in-store (if the coupon isn't online only) and get free shipping... Check out...
Eastbay is having a one day only 30% off code on 7/27. Check your e-mail for the code (or other websites).
Code is good on sale stuff as well. No minimum purchase. Can't combine with other codes. Eastbay doesn't charge tax in most states.
****DEAL IS NOW DEAD****
Maybe I just got lucky and now they've noticed. I don't see why they'd charge shipping for this anyway.
FWIW, this is my order confirmation (with appropriate info removed:
Thank you for ordering from Eastbay. Your order will ship within
approximately 24 hours (Monday - Friday) upon payment...
Hmm... I just bought one yesterday and didn't have to pay shipping. Do you have anything else in your cart? I didn't have anything in my cart besides 1 wristband, my total for the order was $1.00
I'm not sure what you mean by this.
Since the FL F&Fs usually come with a printable coupon to use in store, I think this was fishy to begin with. At any rate, I got everything I needed from the Eastbay 40% sale.
BTW, if you don't want to pay for shipping, bring the item numbers for what you want to your local footlocker store. They can order the stuff for you and have it shipped to your door free. You still pay tax, but I think footlocker charges tax online anyway.
