    Apparently Big Lots is selling more than one model HP laptop. The one linked to in this thread is not the same one they have in my area. Check Big Lots site for the ad and see which model number is in your area.

    The Medion at Aldi's still shows up. Apparently Big Lots may have different laptops offered in different parts of the country. I didn't put a link because it wouldn't go to the right site. You'll have to go to Big Lots site and look for the ad.

    It was the drivers. I contacted the pc manufacturer. They sent me the link to the "secret" site. Actually, I had to give them the serial number to the pc before I could d/l the drivers. Must be some kind of proprietary thing.

    It's easy. Just put the dvd to be copied into your dvd rom, and the blank disc in your burner, and tell dvdshrink to do it's thing. Full back up. LOL

    If you have Nero, you can burn an audio cd from MP3 files. I haven't tried Real Producer to see if it will do this.

    OK, I uninstalled and reinstalled Real Producer 10 basic, and it works this time. I do remember the first time I downloaded it, some kind of "hiccup" occurred during the downloading. Maybe that caused it.
