In for 2 (the max), thanks for the update. Im still shocked at this price.
Its funny that they dont reduce the lower GB versions too. The 750Gb drive is $80 more.
OOS, but great price. Hope they get more in, I'll pick up a few.
Is there a way to stop this from powering down? Jumper on the drive?
I bought one earlier this year that stays connected 24/7. The one i bought a few weeks back does power down after an hour or 2 of inactivity.
The cut out hole on the back of the box is a window to the back of the card. The UPC is a sticker on the back of the actual card itself. Since the rebate form clearly ask for the UPC, I wouldn't dare risk sending the POP instead. Easy rejection.
I would say install the card, make sure it...
There is a reason why the Aria has the shieded panels and the Aspire uses thin aluminum panels. There is a reason why the Aspire has a front handle while the Aria does not. The Aria is designed for Pro audio and Home theater needs. The Aspire is designed for Gamers and Lan parties. A person...
I dont own an Aria, I have only built with it. But when someone clearly clueless comes in and post opinions as facts, I take issue. I have never had an Aria with a CPU temp above 35C. Neither case is designed for the constant upgrader. And the Aspire is not even close to the same league in the...
if you are going to continue the thread crap, at least post where you can get the "quality" internal card reader for $8. Not that it matters, the two cases have a different target audience.
The ASPIRE looks cool but its missing the card reader. Every rig I have built with an Aria case has sold in less than a week. Computer newbies all want something small and fast with a card reader for their cameras.
Be sure not to try to use these for another shipping method. They mark the inside of the boxes now and will refuse to accept the packages if they are not shipped Priority. Even if they have been used once already, they are still property of the Postal Service and only good for Priority.
And...
DVi is cooler, and Ive got the money to waste(not that I wont try to get it cheaper). The current card MUST go into the other rig, and i see no reason not to get dual DVI for the new one. The matrox parhelia was the top one on my list, thats why I set the budget at $550. i just didnt know if the...
My current card is going in my backup rig
Twin Lian Li cases, ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe, AMD 3000+, NEC 2500, 1 gig Kingston HyperX 3200, 350w Antec PSU,( old ATI 32Mb AIW :( )
Exactly how much juice does the poker software use? I know any matrox woould make my friends die of envy. Im just conserned if it can handle all my poker software. I do play at multiple websites at a time
So what would be my best option for video card with dual DVI monitor support (8X AGP). I do NOT play PC games. I DO play online poker (ok, thats all i do). Its main function is for playing multitables and/or playing poker while web browsing. (with lots of xnews, winrar, and parity programs in...
The male hormone corrupts the brain until that is all it can think about. Having sex will kill it and the brain will retain some sort of normalcy (for a while). Its a built it feature that insures human life will live on. Masterbation is a much better option, but men are made to feel ashamed for...
not to add fuel to the fire, but... I'm sure this is not about a gf/SO/wife. Its about the women that are considered 100% worthless (outside of the 60 seconds of sex) to men. The woman gets a baby she will love and a paycheck (in many cases A LOT more than $50/month). The man loses money, gains...
It may suck, but the Dell and Mac suggestions will impress her (and her friends) more than something the old man build. Plus they have more resale value down the road. Theres always a sucker who will plunk down extra for a 10 year old Dell at a yard sale. Its a sad sad world.
I use it for parts to test friends and coworkers comps. I thought it would be cool to have a setup of popular unstable parts and/or non-functional design.
It currently has a AMD Athlon 2400 with Kindgton 2100 and a ATI RAge video card. But those are known quality parts and I need them for...

Rebate form does not say any additional purchases are needed. The board is available elsewhere on the website for $50-10 instant discount + Shipping ($48.11 for me). So can we make money to take the board (after rebate)?
Thats funny because my 9/1999 ad-600a (the first mainstream apex player) is still working as normal to this day.
Rules for Apex:
1: never buy online, always buy from a local store with an easy return policy.
2: fully test the player as soon as recieved. VCD SVCD DVD DVDR DVDRW AUDIOCD MP3...
I jumped in on some misprices this store had late last year that was posted over at HTF. I believe I recall saying "it will not hurt to try". Boy was I wrong.
They claimed 3 of the 4 dvds I ordered shipped by e-mailing my shipping confirmations and charging my card. Two of the three arrived...
Ordered last night at 7:00 PM, and it arrived very early this morning. And I even took the cheapest ground delivery. Everything looks ok, 2000+ with pro :)
The 255MB is new, it used to be 1 gig. I have often downloaded full 700MB disc and have never had a problem. Just make sure your cache is bigger than the file you are downloading so you can resume (just in case). It wouldn't hurt if you added the free 50MB Teranews.com (after $4 start up) to...
Same for me. Just get the .par file and use mirror.exe. It asks you if you want to rename and will do the whole process automaticly. I don't think Smartpar does this yet. If you have all the files, there is no need to rename at all. When winrar asks for a missing file, just select browse and...
