more questions about apple macbook

ok, so i read that you can dual boot macs to run Mac OS and Windows...why would some people want this? if I got a macbook, and only had mac os on it, the programs i use for documents, spreadsheet, etc would not be compatible with PCs right? like i wouldn't be able to email a file to someone...

oh yeah, the t40 freezes even when not using the internet - it's just the computer itself. whey i go to print word docs, it also freezes and i have to reboot.

Best way to move picture from cell phone? via email?

bluetooth - that was the easiest way for me. i bluetoothed my Razr to my Palm Lifedrive then hooked the LD to my computer. :o) too bad I could bluetooth the phone book though. only pictures so far.

looks like they got rid of the 14.1" T60s from the website. they got a memorial day sale - will have to check that out. i think i most likely will stick with the T60s, but widescreen looks like my only choice unless i call them up and they still have the T60s 14.1" available.

oh, is this the same as what my friend did for me when he downloaded "daemon tools" and mounted the CD program to my computer? That way I dont' need the CD - it's right there in my laptop already. I dunno, I guess I feel more comfortable having the optical drive...but with flash drives...

Why are there no good, lightweight, tablet pcs for vista?

i'm the opposite. i have a t40 (almost 4 years old) and i prefer the nob over the touchpad. been looking for a replacement laptop, and would prefer the thinkpad b/c i think i'll really miss the nob if i went with something else. i just don't want to spend nearly 2k on another thinkpad.
