dell has kiosks in the malls here in PA. the kiosks do nothing but let you go to dell.com to order stuff. however, the presence of the kiosk means that dell has a "business presence" in the state, and they must charge sales tax. maybe they'll realize the mall kiosks are stupid and drive more...

In some states, there is sales tax when you order from Dell. If any mall in your state has a Dell kiosk in it, then Dell has a business presence in your state and must charge you sales tax.
