    Not a whole lot, but that is the law in Illinois. There is no concealed carry permits here. However, the gun doesn't need to be in the trunk (although the state reccomends it). The actual applicable laws state only that it must be unloaded and enclosed in a case.

    Not that I've ever experienced. The air you are getting out of the regulator is the same air you are breathing right now, at the same pressure. The only difference should be that the air coming out of the regulator will be very dry.
