Adaptec Ultra160 RAID 2100S - $199

the N version's a 32-bit pci (regular pci slot) card. the non-n version's a 64-bit for server cases. it'll still work in a regular slot, but it won't go in 64 bit mode. so, if they N version's cheaper, get it, you won't see a differenece in the performance of the two without a server board

this is loose ram, as in not in a dimm socket... if you have a 184 dimm with nothing in it, a soldering iron, and you're lucky or good, go for it.
