I have been out of my retail job almost 6 months and my account is still active. I don't really think they check employment - just try to scare the non-retail people off. Ive placed 3 orders since leaving and all ahve come in.
Not sure, It came up once for me and it said there was 1 left, I left and came back later and it was gone so I refreshed a few times and it popped back up - I'm thinking they just dont want people getting more than 1.

It did not show up everytime but, with a couple refreshes I got it. You have to take enough quizzes to get 1500pts but, after that its only 10$ shipping. If you use the XBOX retail site - you can get XBOX games cheaper also.
