    True, I practice with 38's in my SP101 and carry with .357mags. Also, some .357 Ruger Blackhawks can take a conversion cylinder to shoot 9mm, but I hear accuracy tends to suffer.

    Sounds like an FN Hi-Power to me also. Not rare as far as I know, but sure to be more valuable being WWII vintage and sentimental value also. I'd try penetrating oil also, worked wonders on disassembling the stub and flash hider from the STG58 kit I built.

    I didn't have any problems with the Coonan build, barrel hand timed to 11:00, put some lovin on with a 3 foot pipe and good to go. Been real happy so far. DSA's are nice rifles, no room for that in the budget tho. ;)
