P5N-E Issues.

Memtest is pretty sporatic. I've received quite a few errors and just general lockups when running it. It does ok with one black slot, but putting in both fails quite quickly. Independently, each stick seems pretty good, but the board just seems to have problems.

I can't' even get the machine past the initial post screen when both memory sticks are in the black slots. This is with the defaults loaded for the system.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm going to go the P4 route this time around. I believe it will have a bit more longevity than the overclocked Athlon. Thanks for the advice though!
