VOIP question

we have cable 15mpbs up and 5 down and getting some decent DSL as backup internet and POTS line in case the VOIP goes out. it's 64kbps per call so we are probably in OK spot as far as bandwidth goes and i don't expect more than 20 people on the phone at the same time. sonicwall supports 802.1q...

thanks for all the replies guys, very informative. i'll definitely put voip on separate VLAN. so Cisco 3550 PoE, any other recommendations as far as hardware goes? our budget is probably $300. VOIP is hosted and i checked the settings and SIP ALG can be disabled...
