Yes Enermax is available but very expensive. The rig I am looking at will be: Best brand SLI mobo 1 gig ram 1 vid card initially then 2 3200+ cpu to start with add better gear as funds come available as new model components start out really expensive

Hi there I have been following the power supply debate for the new SLI boards and now that I am ready to go down this path I am having trouble to find a decent one (at a good price) with high 12v amps here in New Zealand. Below are a couple I have found, do you think they will be ok...

unsolved shutdowns... please help

Hi just recently my computer seems to shutdown monitor feed as soon as it warms up, I have tried another: monitor, videocard, tried changing ram, I have checked the harddrive out with the maxtor check program this showed up ok. I am starting to think power supply. My system: soltek kav 75 mobo...

Thanks for that DAPUNISHER, I haven;t actually used thermal compound yet as I was waiting until I put better cooling on. Also do you rate the thermaltake case fans?

hi guys, your quite right about this being a sweet board. I am not really into over clocking but I did try out the board, i was able to get my XP2100+ to run unstable at 2109mhz. It does run very stable at 2070mhz though. It is also obvious that this board will easily handle the 400mhz chips...

SIS 746FX VS NFORCE2 VS VIA KT400A????

So which do you all out there think will be the best overall chipset, price vs features? Also any thoughts on best value for money boards for each of these chipsets? As there are no reviews on mobo's with either of the kt400a or the 746fx I suppose this is a hard question to answer but if you...

ECS L7S7A, has anyone seen a review????

hi, has anyone seen a review on this board yet? I am looking at this as I live in New Zealand & all Nforce2 boards just cost to much, as this costs 1/2 an Nforce2 it looks like a good choice but I want to read a few reviews first. Any advice or help would be great. Thanks:D My Rig

ECS boards, are they good

Seems that ECS may be the right board for me, thanks for all the responses. Has anyone heard or seen any info on the L7S7A mobo yet, this is what I am interested in buying but except from the ECS web site that's all the info I can find. I do hope they will use the 746FX chipset though. :D

So I guess what has come out of these comments is that ECS boards are actually quite good and worth purchasing if your not after all the gadgets.

I am looking at buying an ECS L7S7A, from what I have read about ECS mobo's is that the are low end. Having checked out the ECS website this does look like a good board though. All opinions greatly excepted. My set up

sis 746 vs nforce2 vs kt400 what's better??

I'm looking at purchasing a new mobo but i havent's really sorted out the best future smi proof chipset to go with, price is an issue so cheaper slightly less euiped boards are the direction I'm heading. Anyone got any suggestions??
