I use Paypal a lot, however, I ALWAYS make sure the funding source is my credit card. Last time I didn't get an item, I filed a claim through USAA. Got my money back pretty quick :)
I've been seeing the transformer decals on cars for years, before the movie was in the works. It was lame back then, it's even more lame now that there's a movie. It's one of those retro "being unique while being the same as everybody else" kind of things.

It seems like all the Mustangs on the road have been replaced with the new gen. It's like everybody simultaneously traded in. Lemmings! :P I'll stick with my 42 year old Rustang.
Those are old EPA numbers. It's rated 17/25 now.
If you have some self control, you could squeeze 26mpg from the V8 like my mother did. Of course, she later ditched the stang for a honda :P
Marijuana politics aside, you are pursuing a career in law enforcement, and people breaking the law bothers you. It doesn't seem unreasonable or childish to me.
