I think I bought the same one... If it is then Its "all that". Has a cord unlike most handhelds, and its got a ton of power. It has a nice selection of attachments, though they dont really store very effieciently. This thing is perfect for hard to get places such as inside computer cases...

I got the same email in question and I guess maybe its kinduv bad practice, but really all I care about is the service. They have GREAT prices and low priced/fast shipping. Have ordered from them twice and everything has been perfect. Why would I care if they get good referalls?
