iPhone & Verizon - Call over Internet? How to avoid the call waiting beep?

How did someone get into my iPhone 5 without my passcode?

Thanks for replies so far guys. So basically there is no "easy" way. Either this person guessed my password or I left it unlocked. This person is NOT technical btw so it would be nothing super complex.

They won't tell me and claim they did not just "guess" my password. I suppose it's possible I left it unlocked when I feel asleep but I always lock it up and have a short time out window. I can't figure it out.

Someone had physical access and was able to browse my photos, see my call log, make a call from it, and email from it. But this person claims to not have known or guessed my password. How is such a thing possible?
