ok, so is it worth getting a 7900 GS or GTX if you not upgrading to Vista in the near future? Since Vista has DX10, is it worth upgrading the video card to a 8800 for winxp?

yeah, i saw the virtual controller at Target on sunday, but no wii motes or nunchucks. So many people probably bought a wii for xmas over the ps3, the demand must be really high.

Playstation 3's at best buy right now

I'm waiting for the price to drop, probably get mine by the time FF comes out. $600 for the 60gb version is a little rich for my blood. Most interested in the wii at the moment. The sports pack is just too much fun!

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller $29

Confirmed the release at Best Buy in Raleigh, NC. The sales associate said that a store had sold a few copies earlier, but they were not allowed to sell them until tuesday :(. Ahh well, the wait continues.

*UPDATED x2* Potentially hot, potentially cold. Blockbuster to drastically change rental rates.

i wish you could rent games for 1 day, instead of a week. personally, if the game sucks, or u don't like it, u cannot return it without loosing the $6, u spent for the week. alas, there are no ma & pa video games rentals here in Jacksonville, NC. :(

if u want to see a kick ass game with outstanding graphics, I highly recommend checking out the Far cry demo, it killed my Geforce 4, 4200. It looks amazing with all that vegitation, water effects and real-time AI. Could be a contender in the best looking and playing FPS :) Website Link...
