I bought the 1 gig dual channel pack from frys about a month ago. Running dual channel at 200fsb at 2-3-3-11, passed memtest and prime overnight too :). Good ram i think.

Reccomend a GOOD video card, on a budget

maybe just buy a ti 4200 for around 75 and upgrade later once the new chipsets come out and the current cards drop in price or you save up more money.

question about putting speakers near monitors

When some people post pictures of their workstation and it shows a shelf system's speakers on both sides of the monitor people point out that it's not good for the monitor or something. I 'm just wondering why it isn't good for the monitor.

Help with xp1700 and k7s5a mobo

After installing a new heatsink the comp no longer loads up. The moniter does not turn on but stays in that stand by mode when I turn it on The cd drives keep restarting. When i used a new mobo and cpu the hard drive would not be recognized. Could it be that the cpu, hard drive, and mobo are...

ARTEC 16x DVD-rom at staples.. get paid $4 AR -tax

I got this drive today for $25.xx -$20 dollar mail in rebate --------------------------------- $5.xx Can't argue that that's not a good price for a 16x dvd drive. Runs movies fine so far.
