fuck microsoft and windows bs. I had so many issues with it in the past so why do we need it? I was fine saving games in the past without gfwl bs.
I guess I wont be buying it for pc :/
If you want a number pad and cherry blacks this is the keyboard I have and love it

I only wish it was backlit ..then it would be perfect.
Ill have to look into this. Been using FedEx to ship anything expensive cause USPS + insurance is raping me. Plus you get a functional real time tracking method with FedEx.
So true. I watch just to hear him on the mic....and Im sure there are millions more like me out there.
Only thing I heard from people when they learned The Rock was coming back "I gotta start watching wrestling again!"
For fast moving FPS shooters, 120hz is most important. For slower single player games IPS for sure.
OILFIELDTRASH- report back on that monitor. I hear the glossy screen makes it look crisper. I have an Alienware aw2310 on the way and cant wait for it.
I take any review with a grain of salt. I do get 125 fps at 1600x1200. Its not 125fps 100% of the time, it will dip to like 90 but it depends on the map and spam. I have 8xAA and max in-game AF textures are auto I think. I can take a SS in game
Its not my concern whether you believe me or...
I agree with this guy.
I had an e8400@3.6 with a gtx 460 768mb
Then got a 5870 with the same clocks and the difference is night and day.
I play BLOPS @ 1600x1200 (100hz crt) and the frames went from about 90 to just about 125. The frame drops werent as bad with the 5870 while the 460 did...
nvm I guess you cant order online anymore. I cancelled my order when I couldnt get the bundle price even after ordering both items separately. I didnt even see the bundle option for the asus p8p67 when I ordered.
uhh yeah I was referring to 120hz TN panels. I would never consider a 60hz TN panel even for just web surfing.
120hz TN: sucks for color but great for gaming
60hz IPS: great colors but sucks for gaming
The only time Id consider a tn panel is if I wanted 120hz. No matter how nice an IPS panel is it wont reproduce the silky smooth 120hz when gaming.
For everything else, IPS all the way.
You didnt have to chase anything since the chip is already out in some places.
Normally Id agree with you that there will always be something better down the line and you can never keep up BUT in this case you jumped the gun by a mere few days.
Again, those arent games Im going to play. If you can name some current FPS games where quad cores have a significant advantage Im all ears.
I may pick up that 2500k this weekend.
What about this mobo here from ASUS?
