Mine came on Dec 8-totally unexpected because I didn't reallythink Dell or Planar could supply enough of these LCD's for the Anandtech and FW community. I had already got a 17" Envision from Staples on BF. So now all my computers have LCD screens.
I too have an order for the Planar and hope it comes thru-for my son's sake. I think Planar is the best of the 4 LCD's-the Kogi and Envision seem to be entry level. Never heard of Smart Modular. The Planar has a response rate of 16ms which is fast enough for gaming and has a DVI input, to...
Today at Microcenter (B&M) they had SuSE Linus personal edition for $3.99 or possibly $1.99. Sorry I can't remember which price. Just another senior moment.
Amen to that. I'm still waiting for some rebates from Black Friday so I can buy some more stuff so I can send in some more rebates so I can clutter up the house with computer parts that don't always make it into "my next screaming machine". Can anyone relate to this?

I love the part where they want you to "give a brief description of your dog's problem". A field day for doggie psychaitrists. Fido can't stop humping my leg. Will your dog food cure him?
Watertown MA must have had 50 or so assorted dartboards, including the Mach 1 for $3.74. All scanned at 75% off original price. Also bought extra darts and tips for $2.48. Great deal! Thanks for the post.
For $334 after a $100 mail-in rebate I received a Dell 2350: Celeron 1.7. With a free upgrade to 256mb DDR SDRAM, 30 gb hard drive, XP home, modem, ethernet, and free 40x10x40 CDRW burner and free shipping....sure beats a Cumpak.....My 14 year old son is in heaven. He's got a Dell, dude!
Very thorough post; all needed info and directions were clearly listed. All items were in stock and the $25 off $75 was easily located: I did jump on it "24/7" like you said. Nice job!
