All else fails find a used one thats in good condition and get new bushings and install yourself, should be alot cheaper then buying a new one or running the risk of bending back the old one and weakining the metal at were the bend is.

6 hours is good for me, but since I took myself off the methadone for my back 3 weeks ago, got tired of taking the damn things, I get about 3 to 4 hours a nite because of pain.

L5 and S1 to the point were surgery is the only option as for mileage I get about 25 to 26 on the highway
believe it or not, I tend to drive slower since my accident around 65mph.
