Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this tweak utility?
I just picked up a retail copy of a Sapphire 9500 Pro and it was supposed to come with an overclocking tweak utility. However it appears that Sapphire no longer ships this with the cards.

You can pick up an Sapphire Atlantis 9500 Pro retail box at Googlegear for $186. I ordered one Monday and UPS 2 day air shipping only cost me $1.
It came with all the cables and adapters plus a copy of Power DVD XP.
I am going to upgrade my vid card (currently a voodoo 3000) and right now the Radeon 9500 Pro is my top choice. I would like to know what the difference is between the ATI built card vs. Sapphire built card.
Is there any performance differences?
Driver differences?
Is there a big difference...
