Mine did that also, until I did not click "USB mode" on the screen which explained it was for downloading data to the Touchpad. I ignored that message box and it downloaded the update just fine. Go figure.
Just to let anyone know that was intending to use this for HD Netflix, it does not work for that purpose. The CPU chokes on Silverlight that Netflix uses.

This is funny:
"This super bargain started with the factory forgetting to attach a label and grew into a wonderful opportunity for many to own their first scope."
Then they sold out of that shipment, so they ordered more!
Well, let us know how you like it.
You are right about crown molding. Some of those home shows on TV where they bring people around to look at houses, they bring them in to show it, and often they exclaim "crown molding!" I just don't get all the excitement about crown molding, unless they are conditioned to get excited about...
Does he hate a treat coming near his paws?
If you want something like this, you may as well want to find a deal on a regular Dremel. Make sure it is corded. Then there is 1001 things you can use it for. The heat would be the critical factor here when doing a dogs nails. I am not sure this...
If you can put this one in an out-of-the-way place, it is a great one to test with. If you can't get signals with this one, forget about it.

That is never, ever true. They get new models all the time. Mine had a Sony Bravia 52" that was on display for only 2 weeks and was going for $1500 something.
I read an article about why the electronic book readers have never caught on, and I see most the of the reasons right in this thread. It will be interesting to see if they gain in popularity or just die off.
Yo Mama?
Good point on the documents conversion from Office 2007 to older Office versions. I just had a friend tell me about this problem with a teacher requesting not to have students save docs in the 2007 version.
Says 324.95 for me. Yes, this is a good price unless someone can find a better price ON THIS MODEL. People that say that it's not a hot deal because you could have purchased a different model "sometime way back when" have a screw loose! I would guess this has Sirf Star III? Anyone know if...
I was considering both these, the Tuniq and Thermalright, but what scared me away was reviews and reports of the inconsistent and poor finishing of the heatsink faces, with many people having to lap them. In addition, the Tuniq includes 2 piece screws that the head may break off, and the...
2.1 volt is the default. That's a good way to judge ram quality though. Boy, I wouldn't even bother putting the egg up for price comparisons anymore. Fry's is destroying them in ram prices. I just bought 2x2 gigs of Patriot from Fry's that was almost $100.00 price difference.
I bought some after the price drop to this. I think it was $219 before at Frys. It seems like a very hot deal to me, with a number of personal and professional reviews saying Patriot makes quality ram.
I gathered from one of those reviews that it will fit any full size atx motherboard? I would like to get one, but I am not sure what motherboard I will be getting.
As far as I can tell, most ram will work with most motherboards, I would see no problem in your selection at all. In fact, I may end up with that exact selection in a few months myself.
It is not recommended, but it may be possible. However, I would not take the chance of buying a different brand with that hope. Stick to the same exact drives to be safe.
Well, the facts show that if there is a problem with an order they will:
-try to trick you. (the rebate email)
-or lie - the fault is not ours, you people tried to order too many.
Instead of just telling the truth, that it was a pricing error, and be done with it, as all the other...
I don't think one has to get too exotic for the cooling on this thing. I just slapped the HS/fan I had on the P4 2.6 on the new one. Default voltage and running at 3.6 and the highest temp I have seen is 40c. I don't know the name of the heatsink I have, just some generic one I purchased 3 or...
No, there most likely would be a difference in photo printing from OEM. If you don't use the printer that often, maybe you could look for a deal on a laser printer and never have to worry about ink getting old or clogging.
I would suspect the heatsink is not coming into full contact with the processor in your case. I had that happen once, and I just removed the heatsink and reattached it, and that solved the problem.
