fuji blows... you get those fuzzy matrix pictures all the time.
canon is a good solid camera, one of the best like stated before.

$5 comp parts at Micro Center
they had a bunch of motherboards to dig through, as well as some video cards and modems. they used to install these but now decided to get rid of them.
i picked up a decent gigabyte slot a board and a soundcard for $5 a piece....they had plenty of slot p3 boards...
Cendyne 48x burner $29.96 @cc B&M
saw this at the dale city va store, had 2 of them on the shelf. decent deal if you need one now and hate rebates like i do. I tried looking on the side to see if it had a lite on extension on it but couldnt see anything.

I need a good program to monitor my sytem's temps... I am currently working with and old case that is making life of my 1ghz athlon a little hot i have a feeling. Keeps freezing up and killing the soundcard (which is nowhere near it)
software suggestions??
thanks

i also picked up a neon car light kit for $3.48. there are tons of cheap phone accessories there along with all kinds of reduced car stuff. the clearance corners are at random locations so i recomend taking a 20 min tour of the store
was at target today, picked up a master combo lock for .69 cents!!! they had the more expensive color ones for $1.24 i think, but i thought that that is too much to spend. there are also some pretty sweet shower massagers for $2.48.
this was in the cristiansburg VA store.
Just got a couple of philips marathon bulbs for 30% off and a shower massager for $5(50% off)
the bulbs are pretty sweet. I am using the 23w that works like a 90w and it really does the trick... I am wondering if they will go down even more wednesday when target marks down their mrkdowns...
i guess money is no problem to you... get a nice projector instead of the monitor.... unless you need it, go for a cheaper processor and save a hundred....then buy a fasterone in 6 months for that $100 that you saved now
i ordered the $45 amd 700mhz + shuttle mb from them. did it twice. they seem to be ledgit. one board quit working so they sent me another one that has been tested. I'd give them a 9/10. they ship stuff out within reasonable time. mine took around 3 days. rma was fast too.
wintec is their...
hp has good photo printers for uner $200. they last forever too. ink is a lot, but so is with everyone. all around HP is the best.
just look and see what deal you can come up with, but aim for hp
i had the same problem with a shuttle aI61 mb. it was so picky, it wouldnt get into windows if i didnt put the ram into its "prefferred " slot, which of course was the most unpreffered slot for me since it kept me from bolting my cd burner in... might have to got through several sticks to...
or be a stingy bum like me and get a cheapo 400w for $17 shipped from pricewatch. its starts up so loud i think its chopping down a tree, but then silences to one of the quitest fans i ever heard as soon as xp loads....i think the mystery is half the fun
i know i am late on this but i suggest checking out pricewatch for best prices... you could get a decent xp 1700 mb combo for under $100 and upgrade what you have... then you just hunt for deals and upgrade components 1 by 1
thanks everyone, i just got in on the deal too....had to beg my dad for a loan :) (sad cause I am 22 years old)
Looking around for a decent pci card you can get this, just search for: ati 7000
and it will come up. Then I can start looking for a 2nd monitor...
