MSI's 875P/865PE boards runs fans at full speed? Retail HSF @ 5000 RPM!

MSI's NEO reads approx 10 C higher than my old 4pea+ board. i think the sensor reads a bit high for both cpu and northbridge. You cant use MBM to monitor the Voltage for the CPU and northbridge fan.

i think i read somewhere in asus boards that 8mb cached HD has probs with raid not sure tho u can check it out

did u activate 8x? if u did lower it to 4x using the control panel hope this helps

Anyone got cold boot probs with EPOX 4PEA+

Normal temperatures?

my 2.4 (check sig for specs) idle 46-48 load 57-59 (prime 48 hours no probs tho) even without oc i still get almost same temps maybe 1-2 degrees lower ambient is around 32~35 i never got a reading of below 46 at bios from boot up even tho it was off for a long time. Are my temps ok?

thanks but i doubt i get 20's since my ambient temp is in the mid 30's :( i have a hot country even on air conditioning it wont drop to 20's. so is this normal?

i am using a thermaltake copper heatsink with 6000 rpm for P4 cpus the new cpu blower. i also got a lian li pc 64 it comes with 4 fans thats all am running it 2.40 only no oc yet and this is quite high. very weird but the store said its all the normal temp of epox + 533 Mhz P4 . they said temps...

Epox 4PEA+ Overclocking suggestions

Hi guys, i have the same board, i got one question..... I just installed a 2.4 B 533Mhz on it, boot it up install software and all.... My normal temp is already at 44 C. with load of sandra or 3dmard2001 it goes to 49-50 C. is this normal? i change my cpu chip to a new 2.4 still the same changed...
