Tip of the day. Run Firefox with IE tab extension (and ie8 installed) works great! Renders flash sites very fast and (gotta luve progress bar in fullscreen mode that autohides). ;)

Sabayonlinux based on gentoo, simply rocks! Great driver support, most stuff (network, graphic etc) work straight out of the box!

Running on treadmill vs. outside?

Also the resistence is diffrent o5tdoors comapared to the treadmill since the ground is not moving towards you. Running on a inclinend treadmill is also diffrent from running up on a equal inclinend hill for the same reason. Anyway it's better to run on the treadmill then not running at all :)

He's right. Friend of my have been working out for 2.5 years with a treadmill and lifting weights (evry third workout is pure cardiovasqular) he is in great shape and he use to boost about he's 45-60min running on the treadmill in the gym, BUT once we got outside in the real world for a 60min...

A combination of weight training and cardio is best if you want to keep muscles and lose fat. You will lose some muscles also but with right training you can also build. Basically it boils down to what weight you want to carry and determination. Whats your current weight and whats your goal...

Windows 2k Pro and Virtual Memory

512 is not enough for 2k or xp if you set VM to 0. 1024MB is the golden sweetspot for XP :D. In 2k it's better to leave the pagefile enabled.
