Wireless router problems

My wireless router randomly disconnects me from the internet. To reconnect i have to compleatly reset my router and then it will work agein. Although it is not long befor the problem repeats. I read somewere that changing the wait time or something could fix this problem, but im not sure how to...

Need to know if this is relatively safe?

if your mobo temp sensors are good and you have a ecent mother board you dont really have to worry about over heating the p4. its very durable, and the mother board should shut it down well befor it gets hot enugh to do perminent damage.

the use and effects of depleted uranium?

As i understand it the problem with depleated uranium is not from it sitting on the out side of the tank of coating a bullet. However. it becomes dangerouse when things such as bullets impacs the armor and particles of depleated uranium flake off into fine particles and are inhaled. i htink...

Gigabyte Radeon 9700 fan problem, i think...

i would just go get that zalman heat syk for your 9700. That way you can just passivley cool it. no more fans to worry about.

Does Arctic Silver Expire?

yeah they do say to store it tip down, not sure how your supposed to do that, so that when it starts to seperate that it does so from the rear first. However, i beleave if you thouroughlyu mix it it should be fine. But as3 is not that expensive and it is better than as2 so its probably not worth...

is it posible that they just ran into a really clear sheet of Polypropelene film (assuming it is clear). i mean with so many being respooled mabe some guy just walked into a sheet of it and got scared.:D

Video Card recommendation

well if you want a great cheap video card go with a radion 9000pro 128ddr. This vidio card does a good job of running preaty much every thing out there and it isent har to find for 70 bucks or less. I got mine for $55. Great card for the money.

Definatly go get your self a 19" or 21" flat screen crt by NEC. I forget the model number that you want but a quick look on the nec site should give you the info you need.

Got my 5800FX Ultra today, results inside

forget the red theamed fans you wont really see them in the ps any way. Go get yourself some panflo fans, that will make your ps quieter than it is now. if you really want red light in there go get some leds and wire them up to the inside.

which speakers are better? Creative Megaworks THX 6.1 or Klipsch 5.1 THX

klipsch is definatly a great brand the only advantage on the creatives is one extra speaker. I highley doubt you will notice a diferance. It is definatly not worth the 300+ bucks you will spend to replace an already great speaker system.

if you can get it on putting most of them on is preaty straight forward. It is applying the arctic silver thats annoying.:)

Imation 4x cdrw, faster?

I dont know about 4x discs but i had a few disks rated for 16x and they burned perfectly fine at 52x.

Whats the slowest you can go...? (way underclocking)

So i know to keep it stable when overclocking you have to reiase the vcor voltage when it locks up. But when underclocking does it ever lock up if you dont lower the voltage enugh. Just curiuse.

The other day i was tinkering around inside my computer and i noticed that the fan in my graphics card is acualy the loudest thing in my computer. I have seen many replacment heatsyncs for nvidia card but non for radions. what would be a good quieter fan that would sufficently cool my radion...

What's your opinion on the current state of water cooling solutions?

I agree water cooling is to complex and expensive for the average user to deal with. I think that peltier cooling may be the next big thing if they can overcome the problems with it.

Does the SLK-900 cool better than the Alpha 8942?

what thermal compound for long term cpu usage?

I think that a thermal pad would be your best bet for long term usage. Although I havent done enugh research on thermal pads to recomend a specific type.

SLK-800 Transportation question.

also as3 takes about 3 days to reache its maximum performance. This is because it has to bcome absorbed into all of the microscopic crackes in the heat sink and the chip. just a little tid bit about that. also if you are going to be moving your computer alot i might consider replacing your slk...

well it depends what you want to spend on the mother board. if you only have a 400mbfsb ect with 2100 ddr the asus p4s8x would be plenty suficent, and you could probly find it for 120 or less. You should look into it i have one on my 2.4 northwood and it works great. although if you want to...

AMD 2100 temp!!!

My friend just turned on his computer which has an amd 2100 with t-bred type b. In his bios it say the temps are 77 degrees celcius. Is this to hot for the amd 2100 to be at not overcoked running only the bios. Also what is the safe temp range for the amd 2100. thanks alot for your respons.
