I've only had it a couple days, but I'm really pleased with this tablet so far.
Most of the reviews I read praised the tablet itself, but felt that the $350 pricetag was a little much. For $250 this is great!
Really do like the look and feel of what you did Ken, and I appreciate the efforts. The dealbreaker for me though is when I see the default design for a brief second as it loads and then it finally gets to loading your script ...does that happen to or bother anyone else?
So after the guy breaks in his car window and drags the guy out, what should he have done next? Beat the guy within an inch of his life? Is that the proper punishment?
Whether you think he was justified in his actions or not, you can expect to be shot 99% of the time you try to pull that...
I have two of the HP lp3065, and am really happy with them... :D
I would really like to see the gateway or samsung though, I've heard its slightly better for primarily text oriented usage.

Not particularly fond of products trying to be all things to all people. I'm about maximizing screen real estate for my PC. When I want to "properly" watch a movie in the correct ratio it certainly won't be on a desktop LCD.
Do you still have a "14.1" WXGA Glossy Display (1280x768)" as listed in your profile?
I have a feeling you're going to be looking to upgrade that soon... wouldn't it be so much easier for you to read about your next potential monitor if they're separated from all the threads about specific...
Does anyone else feel like there should be a forum just for discussion of displays? I'm interested in displays but rarely read threads about videocards

haven't noticed any performance degradation yet (windows 7 using only about ~55% of the 74gigs)
going to try and keep things fairly lite and move this into my macbook down the road after I save up enough for a 160gb (or potentially the extreme edition whenever that may come out)...
I agree we should just wait and see. IMO, speculation is what breeds fanboyism. They speculate so much that sooner or later it becomes the bonafide truth inside their head. Then at that point it's impossible to get through to them.
