Weighted pullups - Options

You can also use kettlebells for this...we have some dip belts in our gym with slightly longer chains that allow you to loop the chain through the handle of the kettlebells. There are some guys in the gym doing weighted pullups and dips with the 124lb and 150lb kb's.
