I have an old computer in our den that has an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 motherboard, with a Intel Core i5 3570K CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti. I would like to upgrade it to something that's not going to cost over 100 bucks. Suggestions anyone?

I know where I made the mistake... I saw an ad for Chrysler, where they were giving 4500 cash incentive, on top of having the cash for clunkers reward. I took that to mean that you got trade in value for your vehicle, and the cash for clunkers money as well...my bad.
But I'm still...
Ok then I stand corrected on the trade in value as well as the clunkers money. It still doesnt change the fact that I have a 10 year old car that doesnt get the mpg that the government says it does, thus not qualifying for the program.
