just save everything from your item, i always do, boxes full of boxes/receipts, heh.

you get PM on credit card a day or so after it's been shipped/delivered (i asked CSR)
all 5 of mine shipped and i got one of them at work, other 3 are going to my house (2 today, 1 monday) and another one in a different town i can pick up this weekend. all pens are in :)
