when alcohol is in the body it is the preferred source of energy over all macronutrients, even carbs. however only about 5% can be converted to fat by itself. alcohol + food = major fat gain

You are eating too many carbs too. When I am really trying to cut I go to 1300 calories with at least 250 grams of protein and 1 hour of cardio with weightlifting 5x a week but thats only if ya wanna drop like 3+ lbs/wk

Can you do a pull up? or more than 1?
