if i were to disconnect everythign i don't need, that would still mean that i take out only my memory and even then i'm not sure my comp would start up. the only things i have connected are: one dvd/cdrw, ti-4200 vid card, 160 gb maxtor hd, cpu/proc, and my memory.

I did try resetting the bios back to default, but it still gave me the same problems. With regards to the memory, many other people used the same memory for the same mobo and they had no rpoblems with it at all.

I'm still not sure what the problem is. I've gotten new memorty sticks from Buffalo and ran memtest on it. Same thing with mutliple errors occuring and this is just at stock cpu speed w/ no ocing at all. I'm using a slk3700amb with just the one rear fan so i'm not sure if airflow could be it...

i just purchased an 8rda+ with a 2100+. plan on overclocking to around 2.2-2.3 ghz but i need some advice for some memory. price is obviously a factor so the most bang for the buck memory would be nice.
