Was attempting to mod my LCD with a bit of color and didnt notice the tear in the paper sheltering the LCD. I havent tried anything like googone yet. Any suggestions??
I go through a lot of laptop drives...testing, replacing, imaging, etc. Im looking to buy an enclosure to easily swap drives. Hell, it doesnt even need to close. Im not looking to spend more than $20 shipped if possible.
I have the latest official BIOS...even though they are no different for this issue. I found a newer one on some site, but again it has nothing to do with the RAM issue. I don't want to flash with a file that is 3rd-party.
I tried a 256MB and 512MB stick of Vantec, they worked fine.
I tried the Vantec with the 1G of Kingston, they all worked fine.
It's only when I use just the Kingston.
I've seen lots of people it multiple forums with the exact board and ram in their sig...this sux.
