Vista Business taking 14+ hours to configure updates...why?

Motherboard failed but I want to recover HD data. How?

My mobo failed and I want to recover the data on the HD and transfer it to my new computer. I know I can install the old HD into the new PC but if there's another, quicker, way to go about it I'd rather take that route. Any ideas?

Suddenly have problems connecting to Snap Server. Help??

Hmmm I don't get it, hah. I'm able to successfully ping the server yet can't access it. I'll try shutting down again for 5 minutes and see what happens.

Okay, I finally got it figured out after about 2.5 hours of fiddling. Your advice helped, mucho thanks. In the end I actually had to crossover the wires in some fandagled way to get it working plus do a crossover to get the bass right and then had to fiddle with my PC consola sound settings...

Surround sound headphones

Thanks for the welcome! :) On one is KVR 266x64c25/256. This one is a Kingston brand. The other one has numbers and letters but not in the same format. Here is the info for the second one: Serial number: 0302DGDH00840258. It also has the following: VDD8608A8A-68. This one is a Mushkin brand.
