Watercooling is not really for budget people though. Crappy water cooling is worthless.. make sure you get it...
I have one and it is far from silent (it is the loudest part of my watercooled computer).. I might just be unlucky though, some of those reviews say it is silent
edit: I wouldnt say its LOUD though.. just not quiet

the temps on my cpu are ~36-42 C, shutdown temp on bios is at 65
it probably ran for 24 hours with the new water cooling, I left it running overnet...
