    Could it be the Comcast modem still has the DLink's mac address mapped? Try pulling the power plug on the Comcast modem for about 30 to 60 seconds and it should remap to the AE's mac address. I would also pull the power of the AE and bring everything back up in this sequence: Comcast modem then AE.

    You can backup up your Exchange mailbox to a .PST if that's what you want to know. With Outlook open, click on "mailbox - username", go to File, import/export, export to a file and choose .PST. When you get to your mailbox just make sure to check the "include subfolders" box.
