Will next generation Mac mini drop VGA support?

They will most likely not support VGA since it will require an extra chip as the integrated graphics does not support it natively. And again, Apple is probably the first in line to ditch that old standard. I suppose that the next Mac mini iteration will skip Broadwell altogether, right?

Yes; It's a long story. I think it is worth taking the risk of not having a warranty considering I can (almost) get another Arcade for $230 in Europe so if I ever get a RRoD I could simply buy another one abroad.
