    Is L=3, regarding the FPO/BATCH #? I have a 3317A392 2.4C and it's not too great. I would guess it's my RAM holding me back, but then again, it is BH-5.... The highest I could post was 3.6GHz, highest stable was 3.2GHz at 1.6v selected in BIOS, but ABIT undervolts, so whatever.

    Heh..I did that with my 9500 Pro (9500 Pro using 9700 Pro BIOS to overclock..). I got some nice scores, but my system was lacking in the CPU department so I could only get around 13k.

    I don't think you can run with a timing of 1 due to the double rate of DDR RAM. Think about it - 2 is 1, but doubled due to the memory accessing on rising and falling. 1 would be .5, but that's not possible. EDIT: Maybe I'm wrong... :Q

    corsair, crucial, anything other than OCZ and GeIL should do you good. If you were into Intel systems I would highly recommend OCZ and GeIL over the other stuff, but that's only with Intel and high volts.

    You never said whether VDimm is at stock? Try pushing it up to 2.8volts. Also, run 2 instances of Prime95 to see if it is actually stable or not (hyper-threading).

    Maybe the fingerprints were from the manufacturer's own handling? They place the manual in the box, wrap it up, and send it to NewEgg. NewEgg wraps it in another box, and sells it online. The person opens it up and sees the finger prints of one of the workeres @ ABIT, perhaps?
