Can I run raid & non-raid discs on the same controller

Sweet - thanks for the quick response. This is my first time trying out a RAID array & I was having a problem somewhere, so I thought I'd start troubleshooting at step 0 :). I got it worked out, but it was good to have the assurance that I was trying to do should indeed work. Thanks again!

Bathroom cleaner wtih Teflon

Teflon becomes problematic when heated up substantially, but is pretty harmless at room temperatures from everything that I've read. Breakdown products appear at ~600F and are definitely toxic, but those temperatures are generally not achieved even in cookware - at least not when used to cook...

What album do you have to listen to all the way through?

For me it's Tool's Lateralus. That album just sounds so good going through in order that I rarely listen to just selected songs; even if I have to stop partway through for some reason, I always start at the beginning again, and that album has never grown tired on me. I'm impressed.

I think Jeremy explained why they do wet/dry in the Lambo episode. He mentioned that they originally wanted to do all the cars in wet conditions, but it required a fire engine every time and, more importantly, they just couldn't get the track uniformly wet. Most of it would end up in puddles...

What are the practical applications of osmium and ruthenium?

Both are quite expensive, so they don't have everyday applications to my knowledge. Osmium is downright toxic - very nasty stuff used for catalysis. Ruthenium is heavily used to study electron-transfer processes in academic research; it may have other applications, but I'm not aware of them...

I've found the Ctrl+Enter shortcut very useful in IE (it adds "http://www." and ".com" to what you've typed in the address bar). After my latest reformat, it suddenly doesn't work anymore! What gives? I've done all the windows updates, so I'm not sure if maybe that did something. Any ideas...
