Same here. Interstingly, they havent charged my credit card yet. I would really like to cancel my order and buy from Gateway (since I need the camera soon), but I am not sure what to do now.

I dont know if it means anything, but I called OfficeMax, and they told me that their policy is this:
1) attempt to ship within 7 business days,
2) if they cant do that, inform the buyer at 7 days how long it will take.
I can't say I trust them, but that sounds like a fair policy.

I was pretty excited because my confirmation email said my order would be delivered by the 6th.
