Hey guys I had a question regarding whether it is risky to transmit data (such as logging into your online banking, paypal, etc.) over an unencrypted WIFI network even though each of the respective sites use SSL?

Price check on a laptop?

Hey guys I am thinking about selling my laptop its a Compal CL 56, with a Pentium M 1.6, 1024 MB, 60 GB 7200 RPM HDD, Intel 2200 Wireless card, has a built in ATI 9700 mobility and has 10 months of warranty coverage left. How much do you think is a reasonable price to ask for this? Thanks!

I have .net on windows so it goes to that pick a profile screen before making the windows welcome sounds :(. Since I cant see anything I can't click it. As for previous card it was a BFG 5900 Ultra, with an Asus P4P800 mobo (AGP). What exactly do you mean by turning off the x1800?

My monitor only has a cable that is a VGA so I am using VGA with the provided adapter. How would I go about manually toggling my display's input source? I have a Sony SDM-73 LCD. Also I did reseat the graphics card, nothing. Also cleared the CMOS, that didn't do anything either :(.

PC won't boot, please offer your input as to what might be the cause!

If it is bad RAM it would at least show the BIOS screen though, correct? It is not even fully powering on the system so I doubt it could be the RAM. Also I rebuild the machine outside of the case and same deal so I am RMAing the mobo and the power supply to be sure that those two aren't...
