Digital Video Camera Images to CD

I am trying to convert some digital video camera footage to a cd and I have never messed with this kind of stuff before. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I need to do? Also, what program would be best to use to run the video file? I also need to "freeze-frame" a part of the video and...

Anybody know about Motorola T720????????

I bought some software that has a bunch of ringtones, games, wallpapers, etc. on it and i bought a usb data cable so i could put them on my phone. the software that comes with the cd recognizes the phone, but i cant the ringtones, etc. to transfer to the phone. anybody got any ideas???

whats the best router?

I'm not sure about the speed of the internet, but I am guessing it is around 2mbps. It is some kind of ethernet hookup.
