Okay... every time I try manual memory timings I get this message after reboot: 'Radeon 9700 Pro Samsung DDR Corrupt BIOS B848.01220' EDIT: It's supposed to be 'Radeon 9700 Pro Samsung DDR BIOS B848.01220', then on the next line it's 'Bad BIOS checksum. Starting BIOS recovery...' etc, etc...
