is 256 MB better than 128 Mb on the ATI 9800 pro?

i think for now..128 mb is more than enough, but if u looking for like 6 month later..then u might need to be consider 256mb, but u can get 256mb after 6 month..that way..it will be much cheaper...

who do you think makes the best video cards?

Ati, but Powercolor have their own upgrade Ati video card, like 9600 pro ultra, 9200 vivo, 9600 EZ..etc.. nice.

NVIDIA and ATI

actually i will go for 9700 pro, but hard to find on marekt, for compare Fx 5900 is equal 9800 np, if i am you, i will go for 9700 pro or 9800, this is fast enough. Fx 5900 is sooo big and stupid..haha..so weird..it's like twice as big as a regular video card, plus price is like hell...go for...

reg: Ati performace is equal or better than nvidia, don't u think so? nvidia is always late on release the new product, and i heard 5900 ultra is very loud, why not try ati?

Powercolor 9800 PRO or ATI 9500 PRO @ 128MB?

where can you get 9500 pro, i thought that one is face out already, but i like to go for 9700 np, now price might be around 199 , good deal, plus, powercolor's video card also come with seve free games, cool.

9700 pro is so much faster than ti 4600 , and actually ati really improve their driver, i think all the manufacturer have provide driver to download, not a bad idea if u go for 9700 pro,

Powercolor 9700 is 199 right now. How long will it stay this way?

I am sure Jeremy02 is telling the true, cuze I went to check the board of Redeon 9700 series, I fount out Ati, saphhire, powercolor, gigabyte and fic all use the SAME BOARD, pcb number and same marterial. I am sure their board are all from Ati. p.s. blue max, one more question, how can u go...
