I can not vouch for the site, but can say that the phone series was dependable when it came out. Also to the refurbished question, if it is a factory refurb it should be good to go.

I called back because my invoice on the web read 49.00

Ok updated info. I recieved a return phone call (nice that I did not have to wait on hold) and was informed that corporate had approved it. I am still not sure what the final charge is but we will see.

Well The Staple's Home Office is saying that the orders are on hold while they investigate whether or not they can do this. Those that have sucessfully ordered are good to go I think but us late comers have some mountains to climb.
One word on this coupon. I was able to place this order but had to Delete my cookies before I could get it to work. This was in fact my first success with this kind of thing.
