I just got off the phone with the AAFES computer guy. They can't remove the $119 training fee, Dell won't let them. Those of you that got it got lucky, they fixed the online error.
I've installed catalyst 4.1's into my system (Radeon 9000 AIW). every time I boot it goes back to 640x480. I've tried manually uninstalling everything ATI and reinstalling. Same thing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled in safe mode, same thing. I've used ATI's uninstaller utility. Same thing...
A couple of % points difference in speed is not real important to me, running cooler is. I have no desire to overclock. Which would be the better CPU?
